▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Thermosetting high temperature resistant conductive shielding material comprises 100 pts. wt. resin matrix, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. curing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent, 30-40 pts. wt. functional filler, and 300-400 pts. wt. organic solvent. USE - As thermosetting high temperature resistant conductive shielding material. ADVANTAGE - The thermosetting high temperature resistant conductive shielding material can make the conductive shielding material have excellent tolerance in extreme environments of acid, alkali and salt spray, and excellent adhesion and bonding effect, improves the stability of the filler in the matrix resin, reduces the migration of the filler during use, achieves the effect of long-term conductivity, and maintains long-term low impedance in the high frequency state. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the thermosetting high temperature resistant conductive shielding material comprising (a) adding the functional filler into the coupling agent, mix and stir evenly to obtain the mixture (I), (b) adding mixture (I) into the resin matrix, adding an organic solvent, stirring and mixing evenly to obtain mixture (II), and (c) adding the curing agent to the mixture (II) in step (b), increasing the temperature to 160-200°C, and obtaining it after curing.
