NOVELTY - The conductive film (210) has multiple graphene flakes (240) which are dispersed in a matrix material (220). A connection unit (250) is combined in the end of the multiple graphene flakes and multiple graphene flakes are horizontally connected using the connection unit. USE - Conductive film used in display device like LCD, plasma display device and organic electroluminescent display device. ADVANTAGE - The surface resistance and the electric conduction property are improved. The process time and the manufacturing cost are reduced.
