NOVELTY - A graphene surface functional material comprises 68-70 pts. wt. linear low-density polyethylene, 30-32 pts. wt. polypropylene, 7.5-8.5 pts. wt. nano-silica, 10-12 pts. wt. transparent powder, 1.1-2.3 pts. wt. dispersant, 2-3 pts. wt. stabilizer, 3-3.5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 18-20 pts. wt. intumescent flame retardant, and 1-3 pts. wt. graphene. USE - The graphene surface functional material is used for preparing ceramic-based composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has good waterproof and oil-proof effect and hydrophilic and oleophilic properties., prevents adhesion of oil stain, and improves antifouling property of the kitchen. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of the functional material comprising weighing raw materials; adding nano-silica and transparent powder to ball mill, adding absolute ethanol for wet ball milling for 2-3 hours at 40-50 degrees C, and drying; adding linear low-density polyethylene, polypropylene, dispersant and stabilizer, stirring, and heat and stir reacting for 1-3 hours at 80-100 degrees C and 500-700 revolutions/minute (rpm); adding coupling agent, heating and stirring at 30-50 degrees C, and standing and heat-reacting for 2-4 hours at 100-120 degrees C; and adding flame retardant, heating and stirring at 150-200 degrees C and 350 rpm for 3-5 minutes, adding graphene, and heating and stirring at 150-200 degrees C and 200 rpm for 3-5 minutes; (2) ceramic-based composite material comprising ceramic base material covered with graphene surface functional material; and (3) preparation of composite material comprising placing ceramic substrate in a mold; molding at 50-80 degrees C; injecting graphene surface functional material at 150-250 degrees C and 50-300 MPa; and cooling.
