NOVELTY - A high temperature abrasion-resistant anticorrosive coating is prepared by using 100 pts. wt. furan modified epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. epoxy polyether-polysiloxane, 20-30 pts. wt. active diluent, 5-10 pts. wt. filler, 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. functionalized graphene, 3-8 pts. wt. additive, 3-5 pts. wt. curing agent, and 20-50 pts. wt. solvent. The furan-modified epoxy resin is formed by mixing furan-modified epoxy resins (I) and (II) in a weight ratio of 100:0.5-1.5. USE - High temperature abrasion-resistant anticorrosive coating for high temperature anticorrosion requirements of surface of boiler tubes e.g. water wall tube, superheater tube, reheater tube or economizer tube (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties, and excellent appearance and compactness. The construction method is simple and environmentally-friendly, and has simple operation, and requires mild curing conditions, and consumes less time and energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high temperature abrasion-resistant anticorrosive coating is prepared by using 100 pts. wt. furan modified epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. epoxy polyether-polysiloxane, 20-30 pts. wt. active diluent, 5-10 pts. wt. filler, 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. functionalized graphene, 3-8 pts. wt. additive, 3-5 pts. wt. curing agent, and 20-50 pts. wt. solvent. The furan-modified epoxy resin is formed by mixing furan-modified epoxy resins of formulae (I) and (II) in a weight ratio of 100:0.5-1.5. n = 40-60;and R1 = group of formula (a) or (b). INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the high temperature abrasion-resistant anticorrosive coating, which involves (1) mixing epoxy polyether-polysiloxane and half the amount of solvent, adding functionalized graphene, heating to 70-80 degrees C, stirring for 30-40 minutes and grinding for 10-20 minute to obtain mixture (A), (2) adding active diluent, furan-modified epoxy resin, additive and balance solvent to mixture (A) in sequence, stirring for 20-40 minutes, adding filler, grinding for 10-20 minutes to obtain mixture (B), (3) adding a curing agent to the mixture (B) of step (3), and stirring; and (2) construction method of the high temperature abrasion resistant anticorrosive coating, which involves (1) performing sandblasting on the surface of the boiler tube to remove surface impurities and obtain a boiler tube with a rough surface, (2) applying the high temperature abrasion-resistant anticorrosive coating to the surface of the boiler tube in step (1) by spraying or brushing, and heating to 70-80 degrees C for curing.
