NOVELTY - Lithium-ion battery silicon-graphene/chemical vapor deposition carbon composite anode material comprises graphene-reinforced chemical vapor deposition carbon composite layer coated with silicon nanoparticles. USE - The composite anode material is useful in preparing lithium-ion batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material improves charging and discharging efficiency of lithium ion battery, and also extends its service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing lithium-ion battery silicon-graphene/chemical vapor deposition carbon composite anode material comprising modifying the surface of silicon nanoparticles with aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, mixing with graphene dispersion, and then performing centrifugal washing and freeze-drying treatment to obtain silicon-graphene composite material, depositing silicon-graphene composite material with carbon by chemical vapor deposition to obtain final product.
