NOVELTY - Preparing graphene comprises: (i) dissolving catechol or catechol derivative in solvent to 0.1 g/ml catechol or its derivative solution; (ii) grinding graded graphene into powder, mixing of graphene powder with catechol or its derivative solution, stirring with magnetic stirrer and dispersing evenly; (iii) carrying out ultrasonically dispersion if step (ii) resultant for 1 hour and transferring into high pressure reactor, placing high pressure reactor in a water bath at 150 degrees C for 14 hours; and (v) filtering the sample, washing, drying under vacuum to obtain graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene conducting mode to make anode and liquid electrolyte to form a facing point and forms better conductive network. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-oxide complex comprising: (1) dissolving oxide precursor in the solvent to obtain oxide precursor solution of concentration is 0.2-0.3 g/ml, grinding of graphene into powder; (2) mixing of graphite alkene powder with the oxide precursor solution, stirring, mixing uniformly, dispersing ultrasonically for 1-4 hours, placing the dispersion liquid in high pressure reactor, carrying out hydro-thermal reaction at 150-200 degrees C under water bath for 12-72 hours, filtering the sample, washing with absolute ethyl alcohol, drying under vacuum to obtain graphene-oxide complex.
