NOVELTY - A reaction device comprises expanding section and reaction section. The upper end is connected with a catalyst feeding device, and connected with the lower end of the expanding section. The reaction section capable of moving axially is provided with gas distribution plate. The gas distribution plate is provided with multiple through holes and external wall of the reaction section is provided with a furnace. USE - Reaction device used for producing graphene or carbon nanotubes (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene or carbon nanotubes are efficiently produced using reaction device with improved production flow rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A reaction device comprises expanding section and reaction section. The upper end is connected with a catalyst feeding device, and connected with the lower end of the expanding section. The reaction section capable of moving axially is provided with gas distribution plate. The gas distribution plate is provided with multiple through holes and external wall of the reaction section is provided with a furnace. The lower end of the reaction section is connected with a primary air inlet tube and a plurality of storage bin. The inlet tube is connected with the reaction section, and the inlet pipe is provided with a valve and providing the upper portion of the storage bin with a protection gas inlet.
