NOVELTY - A polyimide/fluorinated graphene composite film is obtained by dispersing graphene in polyimide base component. USE - Polyimide/fluorinated graphene composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite film has excellent optical properties, mechanical properties and low dielectric constant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of polyimide/fluorinated graphene composite film, which involves adding fluorinated organic solution to graphene and polyamic acid precursor, mixing, coating obtained solution on glass substrate, casting, vacuumizing and heat-imidizing.
