NOVELTY - The method involves mixing oxidation graphene and catalyst solvent, stirring and homogenizing to obtain oxidized graphene coating oxidized graphene slurry on a substrate, and sending into an oven to obtain a dry graphene oxide film. The dried graphene oxide film is sent into a sequentially low-temperature furnace, a middle temperature furnace and a high-temperature furnace. Protective gas is introduced for performing graphitization treatment process, and naturally cooled to obtain a graphene heat conducting film. USE - Method for preparing graphene heat-conducting film of an electronic product. Uses included but are not limited to intelligent mobile phone, intelligent portable hardware, flat computer and notebook computer. ADVANTAGE - The graphene heat conducting film has excellent strength and toughness, and excellent heat conductivity, and provides good radiating effect for the electronic product.
