▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene preparation method involves taking and dispersing oxidized graphite alkene in concentration of 0.1 mg/ml to 1 mg/ ml by ultrasonic to obtain solution of oxidized graphite alkene. A surface of a substrate is spin-coated to obtain a layer of uniform graphene oxide film. The oxide film is processed at room temperature in a vacuum environment by energetic hydrogen atom/ion/molecule to reduce oxide graphene to obtain pure graphene, where the energy is between zero to few electron volts to hundreds electron volts, and density of hydrogen atom/ion/molecule is 10-15 per cubic cm. USE - Method for preparing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene without energy consumption and environment pollution.
