NOVELTY - Preparing ceramic comprises (1) selecting alumina, silicon zirconium boride, nitrogen-doped graphene, forsterite, spodumene and perlite, (2) crushing forsterite, mixing uniformly forsterite powder with sodium alginate, adding forsterite powder into de-ionized water, stirring, grinding, rotating, filtering, washing, drying, crushing, paving, uniformly dispersing perlite powder in the samarium chloride solution, (3) mixing 35-40 pts. wt. alumina, 6-8 pts. wt. zirconium boride, 2.5-2.8 pts. wt. silicon nitrogen doped graphene, 18-22 pts. wt. pre-spodumene, 15-17 pts. wt. forsterite and 13-16 pts. wt. perlite, drying, burning to obtain ceramic powder and (4) pressing and molding ceramic body, for 15 hours under 22.5MPa pressure, to obtain ceramic blank, (5) sintering the ceramic blank at 850 degrees C oxygen environment burning for 30-35 minutes, and air atmosphere sintering at 1220-1240 degrees C for 2-2.5 hours and cooling to room temperature to obtain the finished product. USE - The method is useful for preparing ceramic. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic has good thermal shock resistance and good bending strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing ceramic comprises (1) selecting alumina, silicon zirconium boride, nitrogen-doped graphene, forsterite, spodumene and perlite as raw material, (2) crushing the forsterite to 300-mesh sieve to obtain the forsterite powder, mixing uniformly forsterite powder with the mass of 2.2-2.6 % sodium alginate, adding forsterite powder into 5 times of the mass of de-ionized water, stirring uniformly, respectively grinding the rotating speed at 1500 revolutions/minutes, 2000 revolutions/minutes and 1500 revolutions/minutes at the rotating speed of the grinding time is 35-38 minutes, rotating at the speed of 2000 revolutions/minutes, grinding time is 42-45 minutes, filtering, washing, drying to constant weight to obtain pre-forsterite, crushing spodumene to 500-mesh sieve to obtain the spodumene powder, adjusting spodumene powder to a water content of 35.5-36% by using a sodium citrate solution, paving the spodumene powder on the processed placing low temperature plasma conveying belt, performing the plasma device by a high pressure electrode, a negative polar line electrode, generating the electric ion by a high voltage resistant insulating layer of the spodumene powder low temperature plasma modifying process surface uniformly to obtain pre-spodumene powder, crushing the perlite to 400 meshes to obtain perlite powder, uniformly dispersing the perlite powder in the samarium chloride solution at 80-82 degrees C under the ultrasonic processing for 75 seconds, carrying out suction filtration, washing with de-ionized water, drying to constant weight to obtain pre-treated perlite powder, (3) mixing 35-40 pts. wt. alumina, 6-8 pts. wt. zirconium boride, 2.5-2.8 pts. wt. silicon nitrogen doped graphene, 18-22 pts. wt. pre-spodumene, 15-17 pts. wt. forsterite and 13-16 pts. wt. perlite, drying, burning to obtain ceramic powder and (4) pressing and molding ceramic body, for 15 hours under 22.5MPa pressure, to obtain ceramic blank, (5) sintering the ceramic blank at 850 degrees C oxygen environment burning for 30-35 minutes, and air atmosphere sintering at 1220-1240 degrees C for 2-2.5 hours and cooling to room temperature to obtain the finished product.
