▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A near-infrared response composite material is prepared using 5-15 parts mass 4((6hydroxyhexyl)oxy)phenyl 4((6hydroxyhexyl)oxy)benzoate, 10-30 parts mass 4,4 diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 5-15 parts mass polyethylene glycol, 30-60 parts mass acrylate monomer, 5-20 parts mass thiol cross-linking agent, 0.1-1 part mass 1,1,1 trimethylolpropane, 0.1-2.5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-0.5 part mass organotin catalyst and 0.1-0.5 part mass photoinitiator. USE - Near-infrared response composite material for four-dimensional (4D) printing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The near-infrared responsive composite material has the characteristics of high elongation at break strength, and high shape memory driving stress. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of near-infrared responsive composite material for 4D printing, which involves carrying out polymerization reaction of 4-((6-hydroxyhexyl)oxy)phenyl-4-((6-hydroxyhexyl)oxy)benzoate and 4,4-diisocyanatodiphenylmethane in organic solvent (A), mixing obtained primary polyurethane prepolymer, polyethylene glycol, organic tin catalyst and 1,1,1-trimethylolpropane, and carrying out second polymerization reaction to obtain polyurethane prepolymer, and mixing polyurethane prepolymer, graphene, acrylate monomer, photoinitiator and thiol-based crosslinking agent.
