▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of ethyl ortho silicate doped three-dimensional graphene/molybdenum disulfide gas aerogel comprises taking ethanol and ethyl orthosilicate, stirring, adding graphene oxide and molybdenum disulfide nanosheet, adding one drop of concentrated hydrochloric acid, hydrothermal reacting for 18 hours, and drying at 200 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing ethyl ortho silicate doped three-dimensional graphene/molybdenum disulfide gas aerogel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aerogel does not need to add chemical agent, is simple, and has high controllability, low density which is detected by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, thermal gravimetric analysis, and Raman spectrum detection analysis, high porosity, mechanical strength and stability, good stability and repeatability process, and can form metal sulfide and graphene assembly complexes.
