NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/silicone rubber material using silane-modified graphene comprises e.g. adding graphene into three-necked reaction flask, then adding solvent, stirring for 0.5 hours, adding silane, reacting for 1-2 hours, then adding 0.1 pts. wt. deionized water and reacting for 1-2 hours to obtain silane-modified graphene solution, then cooling to 30-50 degrees C into three reaction bottles by adding silicone rubber raw rubber, heating and vacuum distillation of solvent to obtain graphene/silicone rubber material and drying graphene/silicone rubber material to obtain final product. USE - The graphene/silicone rubber material is useful as base material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/silicone rubber material using silane-modified graphene comprises (i) three mouth of the reaction bottle to install the middle of the mixing device, side ports are respectively installed with reflux condenser and constant pressure dropping device, adding 10 pts. wt. graphene into three-necked reaction flask, then adding 50-100 pts. wt. solvent, stirring for 0.5 hours, and solvent is tetrahydrofuran, methyltetrahydrofuran, butanone or cyclohexane, (ii) adding 0.4-0.8 pts. wt. silane into three-necked reaction flask of step (i) through a constant pressure dropping apparatus dropwise, temperature to micro reflow reaction, reacting for 1-2 hours, then adding 0.1 pts. wt. deionized water, and continue reacting for 1-2 hours to obtain silane-modified graphene solution, where silane is hexamethyldisilazane, hexamethyldisiloxane, hexamethylcyclotrisilazane, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, dimethyldimethoxysilane or trimethylmethoxysilane, (iii) cooling the reaction solution obtained in step (ii) to 30-50 degrees C into three reaction bottles by adding silicone rubber raw rubber, stirring for 0.2-0.4 hours, heating and vacuum distillation of solvent to obtain graphene/silicone rubber material, where silicone rubber raw rubber is silicone rubber liquid containing raw rubber, vinyl-containing silicone rubber liquid raw rubber or vinyl-containing silicone rubber solid raw rubber, and (iv) drying the graphene/silicone rubber material obtained in step (iii) in oven until the residual solvent is completely evaporated to obtain final product.
