▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of carbon matrix composite vanadium nitride nanoarray involves dissolving vanadium pentoxide in an organic solvent to obtain a mixed solution, placing a carbon matrix in the mixed solution, carrying out solvothermal reaction, washing obtained product, drying to obtain a precursor, and heating and calcining the precursor in an ammonia gas atmosphere. USE - Preparation of carbon matrix composite vanadium nitride nanoarray used as negative electrode active material in sodium-ion battery and lithium-ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of carbon matrix composite vanadium nitride nanoarray with excellent electrochemical performance. The carbon matrix composite vanadium nitride nanoarray can effectively relieve the volume change generated in the electrode reaction process by the composite structure of vanadium nitride nanoparticles and three-dimensional flexible carbon matrix, and improve cycle life and charging and discharging efficiency of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the carbon matrix composite vanadium nitride nanoarray.
