NOVELTY - The preparation method of high-conductivity sulfur-doped graphene involves adding sodium sulfide to distilled water, dispersing graphite fluoride in ethanol under ultrasonic condition and uniformly mixing, adding mixed solution to reaction kettle, reacting at 160 degrees C for 8 hours, reacting at 180 degrees C for 12 hours, reacting at 200 degrees C for 16 hours, reacting at 220 degrees C for 24 hours, cooling mixed solution to room temperature, removing upper layer clear liquid and lower layer black solid, centrifugally washing, and naturally drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-conductivity sulfur-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of sulfur-doped graphene with high conductivity and quality.
