▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A graphene UV-pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises 10-40 %mass aromatic urethane acrylate, 10-40 %mass aliphatic urethane acrylate, 10-30 %mass polysiloxane acrylate, 1-10 %mass reactive diluent, 1-10 %mass tackifying resin, 0.05-2 %mass photoinitiator, 0.01-1 %mass stabilizer, 5-30 %mass graphene, 1-10 %mass carbon nanotubes, 0.1-2 %mass carbon interface treatment agent, 0.05-1 %mass silane coupling agent, and 0.1-1 %mass functional additives. USE - Graphene UV-pressure-sensitive adhesive is used for bonding substrate for shock absorption, microwave absorption, electromagnetic shielding and heat radiation protection. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive provides bonded substrate having improved electromagnetic shielding performance, mechanical strength, compression resistance, impact resistance and thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene UV-pressure-sensitive adhesive, which involves adding aromatic amino acrylate, aliphatic amino acrylate, polysiloxane acrylate, reactive diluent, tackifying resin and stabilizer to a reaction kettle, stirring and dispersing evenly under negative pressure, adding graphene, carbon nanotubes, carbon interface treatment agent and silane coupling agent to the reaction kettle, stirring and dispersing evenly under negative pressure, adding photoinitiator to the reaction kettle under negative pressure and a yellow light environment and dispersing the obtained mixture, and irradiating the obtained material under ultraviolet light for 10-60 seconds.
