NOVELTY - Enhanced high electric conductive thermoplastic comprises 50-90 pts. wt. thermoplastic resin, 5-8 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 5-30 pts. wt. chopped carbon fiber, 2-10 pts. wt. nano high electric conductive carbon black or graphene, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 0.1-1 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - Used as enhanced high electric conductive thermoplastic. ADVANTAGE - The thermoplastic is economical, environmentally friendly, and has good performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing enhanced high electric conductive thermoplastic rubber comprising (i) providing chopped carbon fiber, nano electric conduction coal black or graphite for plasma treatment and carrying out plasma treatment for 10-30 minutes to increase its activity, passing oxygen gas as a source, activating the plasma processing pressure at 10-50 Pa and plasma activation power at 50-100 W, (ii) mixing thermoplastic resin in an high speed mixer, compatibilizer, antioxidant, dispersant, and plasma processed high electric conductive nano carbon black or graphite uniformly,(iii) providing 3-12 mm length plasma processed and chopped carbon fiber into the screw extruder feed machine, (iv) adding the step (ii) obtained material mixture and chopped carbon fiber in to the screw extruder feed machine and carrying out extruding reaction at 180-300 degrees C and rotating at the speed of 200-500 rotations/minute.
