▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Invention relates to nanotechnology and specifically to the use of novel materials, such as polymer-graphene composites, obtained by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Method of producing graphene based heater containing transparent polymer substrate with graphene layer and metal electrodes includes annealing of copper catalyst substrate, synthesis of graphene on copper catalytic substrate by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method, mechanical transfer of graphene layer onto transparent polymer substrate and connection of metal electrodes to graphene layer. Prior to annealing, copper catalytic substrate is washed successively in acetone, ethyl alcohol and distilled water under ultrasound and dried. Copper catalyst substrate is annealed for 301 min in the flow of H2 at temperature of 1,0703C. Synthesis of graphene is performed for 101 minute at temperature of 1,0703C. gas mixture and quickly cooled in the same gas mixture. Graphene is transferred onto a transparent polymer substrate by hot lamination. Metal electrodes are connected to polymer-graphene composite by mechanical method and crimped. Obtained heaters have characteristics including resistance of 0.81 kOhm per square, integral transmittance in visible range of 8590%, surface power of infrared radiation of 100150 W/dm2, minimum bending radius of 1 cm and operating temperature range of 20100C. USE - Nanotechnologies. ADVANTAGE - Production of a heater having high transparency and elasticity, high surface power of infrared radiation and high fire safety. 5 cl, 6 dwg
