▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Multifunctional polylactic acid composite material, prepared by mixing and crosslinking reaction bio-based polyester-functionalized graphene and polylactic acid/bio-based polyester blend, where the amount of bio-based polyester-functionalized graphene is 1-15 wt.%, is claimed. USE - Used as multifunctional polylactic acid composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material: uses bio-based polyester-functionalized graphene, which transforms polylactic acid/bio-based polyester composites from insulators to semiconductor materials for antistatic applications; has flame retardant properties; develops the graphene function and expands the use range of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing multifunctional polylactic acid composite material comprising dispersing graphene oxide in tetrahydrofuran, adding toluene diisocyanate and 1,4 butanediol and reacting to obtain functionalized graphene oxide, then performing polycondensation reaction between citric acid and polyethylene glycol to obtain prepolymer, adding 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid and glycerol, reacting with functionalized graphene oxide to obtain bio-based polyester-functionalized graphene oxide, dispersing bio-based polyester-functionalized graphene oxide in deionized water, adding aqueous ammonia and hydrazine hydrate and performing reduction reaction to obtain bio-based polyester functional grapheme, preparing chloroform solution of polylactic acid/bio-based polyester blend, adding bio-based polyester functionalized grapheme, stirring the reaction, performing solvent evaporation to obtain multifunctional polylactic acid composite material, or uniformly blending polylactic acid/bio-based polyester blend with bio-based polyester-functionalized graphene, and performing melt extrusion molding.
