NOVELTY - Mask meltblown cloth comprises 40-80 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 30-50 pts. wt. modified graphene, 10-30 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 5-20 pts. wt. dispersant, 5-10 pts. wt. nano silica, 5-10 pts. wt. coupling agent and 5-10 pts. wt. auxiliary. USE - Mask meltblown cloth used for preparing masks (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - Mask melt-blown cloth is used for preparing masks, and the obtained masks have high filtering efficiency and excellent antibacterial performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) Preparation method of mask melt-blown cloth, which involves: i. adding 40-80 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 30-50 pts. wt. modified graphene, 10-30 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 5-20 pts. wt. dispersant, 5-10 pts. wt. nano silica, 5-10 pts. wt. coupling agent and 5-10 pts. wt. auxiliary sequentially to the reaction kettle for stirring for 1-3 hours; ii. putting the mixed material obtained in step (1) into a screw extruder and heating to 100-130 degreesC to obtain a melt, melt obtained in step (2) is spun; and iii. filaments obtained in (3) are melt-blown into cloth. (2) Mask has sanitization, mask, social distancing (SMS) composite structure, inner and outer 2 sides are a single-layer spunbond layer S, and the middle is a melt-blown layer M, and the melt-blown layer M is the mask melt-blown cloth.
