NOVELTY - A sealing material comprises 60-100 pts. wt. ether monomer modified PTFE, 0-5 pts. wt. graphite, 0-15 pts. wt. glass fiber, 0-10 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 0-3 pts. wt. graphene, 0-20 pts. wt. superfine copper powder, 0-5 pts. wt. polyether ether ketone, 0-5 pts. wt. polyimide and 0-5 pts. wt. polyphenyl ester. USE - Sealing material used in motor shaft in ultra-high-speed environment. ADVANTAGE - The sealing material reduces the coefficient of friction of PTFE, improves resilience and flexibility, and prolongs the service life of the motor shaft at ultra-high-speed, high and low-temperature rotation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of a sealing material, which involves S1, mixing and stirring the ether monomer modified PTFE, graphite, glass fiber, molybdenum disulfide, graphene, ultrafine copper powder, polyether ether ketone, polyimide and polyphenyl ester for 60 minutes, filtering through a 10-20 mesh sieve, drying and crushing, S2, pressing the crushed material formed through the S1 process at 25-80 MPa for 5-10 minutes to form a rod-shaped material, S3, sintering the rod-shaped material at 360-380° C for 60-180 minutes to form a rough material, S4, performing the inner and outer diameter turning processing to obtain a lip sheet, and S5, vulcanizing at 170-190° C and at pressure of 10-20 MPa for 3-5 minutes, and shaping the lip sheet and the framework.
