NOVELTY - Preparing heating bottom formaldehyde removal coating comprises (i) configuring the precursor aqueous solution, adding alternate ultrasound of graphene, stirring into a suspension, then adding inorganic salts and citric acid into the suspension, adjusting the pH to 9-10, then refluxing at 90-100 degrees C for 6-10 hours in an oil bath, cooling, suction filtrating, washing the filter cake with deionized water, vacuum drying, and grinding to obtain formaldehyde remover, (ii) wetting the formaldehyde remover with ethanol in the solution, adding with 60% polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion into the container, adding ethanol into a container, uniform oscillating within the ultrasonic wave to obtain formaldehyde remover slurry, and (iii) spraying the formaldehyde remover slurry on the bottom of the heating, and drying at room temperature to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing heating bottom formaldehyde removal coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing heating bottom formaldehyde removal coating comprises (i) configuring the precursor aqueous solution, adding alternate ultrasound of graphene, stirring into a suspension, then adding inorganic salts and citric acid into the suspension, adjusting the pH to 9-10, then refluxing at 90-100 degrees C for 6-10 hours in an oil bath, cooling, suction filtrating, washing the filter cake with deionized water, vacuum drying, and grinding to obtain formaldehyde remover, where the precursor solution is mixed aqueous solution of aqueous palladium(II) chloride solution or aqueous palladium(II) chloride solution and aqueous chloroplatinic acid hexahydrate solution, and the molar ratio between reducing agent and palladium or platinum-palladium is 1:1-3:1, (ii) wetting the formaldehyde remover with ethanol in the solution, adding with 60% polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion into the container, where the weight ratio between formaldehyde remover and polytetrafluoroethylene (dry) is 3:1, adding ethanol into a container, uniform oscillating within the ultrasonic wave to obtain formaldehyde remover slurry, and (iii) spraying the formaldehyde remover slurry on the bottom of the heating, and drying at room temperature to obtain final product.
