NOVELTY - High temperature coating of graphene anticorrosive layer of copper alloy composite material comprises (a) cleaning the surface of the copper alloy with a cleaning liquid and blow-drying, cleaning the surface of the copper alloy with deionized water and blow-drying, soaking in dilute hydrochloric acid, soaking in deionized water and blow-drying, cleaning the surface of copper alloy with first liquid and blow-drying and (b) placing the copper alloy in the reaction chamber of the vacuum tube furnace, controlling the pressure of the reaction chamber to be less than 5 Pa, heating with hydrogen gas, holding for 1-60 minutes, when reaching 700-1200 degrees C, introducing carbon-containing gas, holding for 1-60 minutes, thermally decomposing the carbon containing gas, coating graphene on the surface of the copper alloy and cooling the reaction chamber to room temperature. USE - The method is useful for high temperature coating of graphene anticorrosive layer of copper alloy composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: forms a graphene anticorrosive layer on the surface of stainless steel by coating at a specific high temperature; does not need additional adhesive and has good high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.
