NOVELTY - Graphene platelets dispersed in solvent, is deposited onto a substrate (105). The solvent is evaporated, and subsequent reduction of the film and/or previous reduction of dispersed graphene platelets, is performed, to obtain graphene film (104). USE - Preparation of graphene film used for electrode for dye-sensitized solar cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene film having excellent electroconductivity, transparency, catalytic activity, thermal stability, chemical stability and mechanical stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene electrode; (2) graphene film; and (3) dye-sensitized solar cell, which has graphene counter-electrode.
