▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Ecological cultivation method for Pinellia intercropping with soybean involves (a) selecting site and preparing selected site, (b) selecting seed and disinfecting selected seed, (c) raising soybean seedlings, (d) performing transplantation, (e) performing field management, and (f) harvesting crop. USE - The method is useful for ecological cultivation of Pinellia intercropping with soybean, and killing soil-borne pathogens in soil. ADVANTAGE - The method exhibits synergistic effect, inactivates heavy metals in soil, improves activity of soil nitrogenase, effectively reduces planting costs, and achieves purpose of safe, high-quality and high-yield Pinellia. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Ecological cultivation method for Pinellia intercropping with soybean involves (a) selecting site and preparing selected site, (b) selecting seed and disinfecting selected seed, (c) raising soybean seedlings, (d) performing transplantation, (e) performing field management, and (f) harvesting crop. The step (a) is performed by selecting loose, air-permeable, fertile, strong water-holding capacity, slope and not planted Pinellia within five years of the plot, turning the plot deeply, sprinkling complex bio-organic fertilizer at an amount of 300-500 kg/acre, raking it evenly, and digging drainage ditches along the slope. The step (b) is performed by selecting healthy Pinellia corms with a diameter of 0.5-2 cm, soaking it in a complex disinfectant for 1-2 hours, drying it to obtain pretreated Pinellia corms, choosing healthy and pest-free soybean seeds, soaking it in fludioxonil diluent for 0.5-2 hours, and drying it to obtain pretreated soybean seeds for use. The step (c) is performed by raising soybean seedlings, digging out the soybean seedlings after the soybean seedlings grow 2-3 true leaves, shaking the soil, and soaking roots in the soybean nodule biological complex solution for 1-3 hours to obtain pretreated soybean seedlings. The step (d) is performed by before transplanting Pinellia and soybeans, applying the soil amendment aqueous solution to the border surface at an application rate of 40-50 l/acre, sowing the pretreated Pinellia bulbs at a sowing rate of 200-300 kg/acre in early March, transplanting pretreated bean sprouts according to a row spacing of 50-70 cm and a plant spacing of 35-45 cm, and transplanting each border into 2 columns, where the soil amendment aqueous solution is obtained by mixing the soil amendment and water in a mass ratio of 5-15:1000, and the soil conditioner is composed of complex aerogel with a mass ratio of 2-3:30-35:0.5-1:3-5:1-2, montmorillonite, soda ash, slaked lime, and dipotassium hydrogen phosphate. The step (e) is performed by watering Pinellia and soybeans in time after transplanting, and after Pinellia grows more than 3 true leaves, in sunny days, avoiding the spraying of high-efficiency plant growth promoters during dew and high temperature periods, and spraying for 1-3 times throughout the growth period. The step (f) is performed by choosing to harvest mature soybeans on sunny days in early September, and gently picking soybean pods, reserving soybean stalks for a period of time to provide necessary shade for Pinellia, choosing a sunny day in early November, using a nail rake to dig out Pinellia after falling seedlings, picking Pinellia bulbs (not to dig the bulbs), and just putting it in a plastic basket.
