NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-coated inorganic filler composite resin includes weighing 5 g graphite and 5 g sodium nitrate, placing in flask, adding 150 mL sulfuric acid and 15 g potassium permanganate, reacting at 90 degrees C for 30 minutes, adding 200 mL deionized water, cooling to room temperature, adding 30 mL of 30% hydrogen peroxide and 700 mL deionized water, washing with acid twice, drying at 60 degrees C for 3 hours under vacuum to obtain graphene oxide, weighing 20 g nanowire-shaped inorganic filler, heating in oven at 130 degrees C for 2 hours, adding to 200 mL xylene, refluxing and adding surface modifier. USE - Method for preparing graphene-coated inorganic filler composite resin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The inorganic filler composite resin is corrosion resistant and has good heat conductivity and wide application.
