NOVELTY - A inner explosion-proof film component comprises 100 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene (ABS) resin, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant, 1-4 pts. wt. lubricant and 3-5 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide comprising 1-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. diisocyanate and 6-8 pts. wt. glycidol. The isocyanate comprises any one of isophorone diisocyanate, toluene diisocyanate and hexamethylene diisocyanate. The explosion-proof film is attached to inner wall of the environmentally-friendly metal barrel by magnetron sputtering. USE - Component used for forming inner explosion-proof film which is adhered to inner wall of metal barrels. ADVANTAGE - The addition of flame-retardant enhances flame-retardant performance of graphene oxide, and improves the amount of graphene oxide in ABS resin. The mixture (A) has excellent impact resistance and flame-retardant properties, and explosion-proof film improves explosion-proof effect of environmentally-friendly metal barrels. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of component of inner layer explosion-proof film, which involves (S1) melting and mixing graphene oxide and ABS resin to obtain mixed material (A), adding lubricant and antioxidant in mixer and mixing to obtain mixed material (B), (S2) adding in twin-screw extruder, extruding to particles and obtaining master batch, feeding in kneading machine, kneading, adding banburying in mixer and obtaining film forming material, (S3) adding in three-layer co-extruding casting stretching machine for casting and three-way unidirectional stretching, and controlling stretching ratio.
