▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A pitch-based carbon fiber mild comprises an anisotropic pitch as a raw material, and an open graphene sheet, and has average fiber diameter of 5-15 mu m and volume equivalent average fiber length of 300 mu m or less. The cross-section of the fiber has an onion structure or a random structure, when end face of fiber is observed by transmission electron microscope. USE - Pitch-based carbon fiber mild for thermally conductive molded product (claimed) and used as heat conductive filler of heat radiating component, and reinforcing material of resin or rubber. ADVANTAGE - The pitch-based carbon fiber mild has excellent thermal conductivity and flexibility. The hardening inhibition of the matrix of resin can be minimized. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) thermally conductive molded product containing the pitch-based carbon fiber mild and at least 1 matrix component chosen from a thermoplastic resin, a thermosetting resin and a rubber component; and (2) manufacture of pitch-based carbon fiber mild, which involves melt-spinning (S1) an optically anisotropic mesophase pitch to obtain a pitch-based carbon fiber precursor having onion structure or random structure, heating (S2), calcining (S3) at 2800-3200 degrees C in a chop state or a long-fiber state, and adjusting the size by pulverization or classification. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart of manufacture of pitch-based carbon fiber mild.
