NOVELTY - The device has a graphene carbon nano heating tube which protects the waterway in a shell, and forms a preheating and circulating heating path. The graphene carbon nano heating tube is set as a quartz glass tube with two transparent ends in which one transparent end is plated with a conductive film and electrodes on the inside of the tube wall, and the other transparent end is plated with a conductive film and electrodes on the outside of the tube wall. The inner coating and outer coating graphene carbon nano heating tubes and the graphene carbon nano heating tube protective shell are combined to form a heating device. The inner shell is provided with a canning hole for phase change material. The tank is equipped with a phase change heat storage and energy storage medium. USE - Phase change energy storage bidirectional heating quartz glass tube water heater and heating device.
