NOVELTY - Polyether block amide sole comprises 80-100 pts. wt. polyether block amide material, 10-20 pts. wt. modified polyether block amide particles, 0.5-2 pts. wt. talc powder, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 3-10 pts. wt. wear-resistant agent, 0-0.6 pt. wt. anti-UV absorber, 0-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant and 0-1.5 pts. wt. color masterbatch, where the modified polyether block amide particles are formed by extruding and foaming 80-100 pts. wt. polyether block amide, 5-10 pts. wt. stacked functionalized graphene SF-SWR, 3-5 pts. wt. modified glass fiber, 3-8 pts. wt. supercritical fluid and graphene dispersion liquid. USE - As polyether block amide sole. ADVANTAGE - The sole is lightweight, has high anti-fatigue effect, low density, high rigidity and excellent impact strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the sole, involving (a) preparing modified polyether block amide particles, (b) adding modified polyether block amide particles, talc powder, zinc stearate, wear-resistant agent, UV light absorber, antioxidant and color masterbatch to twin-screw extruder, blending and extruding to obtain mixed granule, and (c) injecting mixed granules to sole mold for injection molding at 250-300 degrees C under pressure of 5-7 MPa for 30-80 seconds.
