▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Synthesis of graphene quantum dots comprising the usage of waste biomass and synthesis and polyethyleneimine functionalization of graphene quantum dots (Bf-GQDs and fGQDs) from biowaste e.g. bamboo timber waste, comprises facile method with the direct hydrothermal treatment of bioprecursor at 180 degrees C for 12 hours. USE - The method is useful for: synthesizing graphene quantum dots used in biosensing of cancer biomarkers. ADVANTAGE - The method is green, eco-friendly, yield highly fluorescent, stable and uniform sized graphene quantum dots within 2.7-3.2 nm, and the synthesized graphene quantum dots showed high cellular uptake with red, blue, and greenish fluorescence.
