NOVELTY - A polyaniline micelle-graphene composite material comprises water-based polyvinyl alcohol-polyaniline micelles and graphene. The graphene and the water-based polyvinyl alcohol-polyaniline micelles form a pi-pi bond that is beneficial to inhibit the agglomeration of the graphene. USE - Polyaniline micelle-graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The product has high conductive performance and corrosion resistance, and has excellent barrier and shielding performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of polyaniline micelle-graphene composite material comprising preparing polyvinyl alcohol solution, treating aniline, mixing polyvinyl alcohol solution and aniline monomer to prepare water-based polyvinyl alcohol-polyaniline micelles, dissolving in water, mixing with graphene, and ultrasonically dispersing; (2) composite material comprising 30-33.17 wt.% polyaniline micelle-graphene composite material, 30-33.17 wt.% epoxy resin and 66.33-69.7wt.%epoxy resin curing agent; (3) electrode coating comprising composite material; and (4) working electrode comprising steel material substrate with 0 1- 100 mm thickness and electrode coating.
