NOVELTY - Anti-electromagnetic radiation protective clothing fabric comprises 25-35 parts of anti-electromagnetic radiation functional fiber, 40-60 parts of other fibers, and 8-12 parts of graphene-silver composite fiber. The anti-electromagnetic radiation functional fiber is prepared by wet spinning of the following components including 15-20 wt.% nano copper powder, 3-5 wt.% coupling agent and N-(2,3-epoxypropyl)phthalamide/N-4-cyano-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenylmethylepoxyacrylamide (remaining amount) co-modified poly aniline. USE - The anti-electromagnetic radiation-proof protective clothing fabric is useful for protecting the human body or minimizing the harm of electromagnetic radiation. ADVANTAGE - The fabric: has anti-electromagnetic radiation-proof effect, good performance stability, good washing fastness, and long service life. The method has simple technique, low device dependency, less energy consumption, and short preparation period; and is suitable for mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the anti-electromagnetic radiation protective clothing, comprising blending each raw material into blended yarn, then weaving by a circular knitting machine to obtain grey cloth, soaking the grey cloth in water-soluble chitosan quaternary ammonium salt solution at 50-60℃ for 8-10 hours, taking out and water washing for 3-5 times, drying, and shaping to obtain electromagnetic radiation-proof protective clothing material.
