NOVELTY - Preparing bearing lubricating oil containing graphene oxide/alpha-Fe2O3 composite material comprises (a) mixing poly α-olefin, pentaerythritol, and polyalkylene glycol to obtain base oil, (b) dissolving hydrated Ferric Oxide in distilled water, adding absolute ethanol and GO, ultrasonicating, placing the homogeneous mixture in constant temperature water, condensing and refluxing, washing, removing impurities, drying and calcining to obtain GO/alphaFe2O3 composite material, (c) mixing 1-methyl-3-butylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate, GO/alpha-Fe2O3 composite material, magnesium naphthenate, polyisobutylene succinimide, sulfur phosphoryl phenol zinc salt, tricresyl phosphate, ethylene glycol oleate, zinc naphthenate, polyalphaolefin, acrylate, vinyl ether copolymer and base oil uniformly to prepare bearing lubricating oil mixture containing GO/α-Fe2O3 composite, and (d) adding cholesterol into mixture B under stirring conditions, heating and cooling. USE - The method is useful for preparing bearing lubricating oil containing graphene oxide/alpha-Fe2O3 composite material. ADVANTAGE - The new bearing lubricating oil reduces the friction coefficient of the bearing lubricating oil, keeps the system stable, and makes it have better anti-oxidation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing bearing lubricating oil containing graphene oxide/alpha-Fe2O3 composite material comprises (a) stirring and mixing poly α-olefin, pentaerythritol, and polyalkylene glycol to obtain base oil, (b) dissolving 20-50 mg hydrated Ferric Oxide in 50-100 ml distilled water, stirring, and adding 50-100 ml absolute ethanol and 50-100 mg GO, ultrasonicating for 20-40 minutes, placing the homogeneous mixture in constant temperature water at 100-140℃ and condensing and refluxing for 2 hours, successively washing, removing impurities, drying and calcining to obtain GO/αFe2O3 composite material, (c) mixing and stirring 1-methyl-3-butylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate, GO/α-Fe2O3 composite material, magnesium naphthenate, polyisobutylene succinimide, sulfur phosphoryl phenol zinc salt, tricresyl phosphate, ethylene glycol oleate, diphenolic propane, polymethacrylate, zinc naphthenate, polyalphaolefin, acrylate, vinyl ether copolymer and base oil uniformly to prepare bearing lubricating oil mixture containing GO/α-Fe2O3 composite, and (d) adding cholesterol into mixture B under stirring conditions, heating to 80-90℃, and keeping the temperature for 2-5 hours, and cooling to room temperature.
