NOVELTY - Polycarbonate composite material comprises 55-80 pts. wt. silicon copolymer PC, 10-20 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG), 5-10 pts. wt. Arsenic, 2-5 pts. wt. hollow glass micro-beads, 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. toughening agent, 1-5 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. light aging agent and 0.5-2 pts. wt. organic high light black powder. USE - Used as polycarbonate composite material. ADVANTAGE - The polycarbonate composite material has high gloss and high surface hardness, high gloss characteristics, high material surface, good scratch resistance effect, and high temperature resistance, and mechanical property, and satisfies the application in extreme environment.
