▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Three-dimensional complex comprises nickel foam, and a graphene sheet having average thickness of 0.4-2 nm and nickel cobalt oxide nanoparticle formed on the nickel foam. USE - The composite is useful in electrode for super capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite has high non-storage capacity of 2260 F/g at current density of 1 A/g, and can produce in very simple and efficient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing three-dimensional complex, comprising (a) impregnating nickel foam in graphene oxide solution, and forming graphene thin film by electrodeposition at 0.1-1 V for 5-15 minutes, (b) placing the graphene thin film in electrolyte solution, adding bimetallic hydroxide containing nickel and cobalt and forming nickel cobalt oxide nanoparticles by electrodeposition, and (c) heating the graphene thin film and the nickel cobalt oxide nanoparticles.
