NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/oxide/calcium copper titanium oxide epoxy resin composite material comprises (1) mixing the epoxy resin, dispersing graphene oxide in ethanol solution, ultrasonic dispersing for 1-3 hours to obtain the mixed solution, (2) adding calcium copper titanium oxide into the mixed solution, ultrasonically dispersing for 1-3 hours, (3) heating mixed solution at 70-100 degrees C for 2-4 hours, adding methylene bicyclo hexane amine, stirring and mixing for 10-30 minutes, (4) heating to 40-60 degrees C and curing for 2-4 minutes under the condition of vacuum, heating to 90-110 degrees C, reacting at speed of 5-10 degrees C/minutes, heating the composite material and curing for 2-4 hours to obtain graphene oxide/epoxy resin/ calcium copper titanium oxide. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/oxide/calcium copper titanium oxide epoxy resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has good dielectric property, the conductivity is 7.8x10-13S/cm (1 Hz frequency), the dielectric constant is 14 (0.1 Hz frequency), the dielectric loss is 0.2 (0.1 Hz frequency).
