▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength archaic blue tile involves weighing 35-45 pts. wt. shale, 70-90 pts. wt. clay, 5-9 pts. wt. lime, 10-14 pts. wt. coal gangue and 3-6 pts. wt. graphene for later use, soaking the weighed raw materials in a treatment solution respectively, filtering out the soaked raw materials, and placing the raw materials on steam for fumigation treatment. The fumigated raw materials are placed on flame outer flames for flame treatment. The raw materials subjected to flame treatment is placed into a bead mill together for crushing treatment, and crushed raw materials is taken out to obtain mixed powder for later use. The obtained mixed powder is stacked and aged, and rolling forming treatment is carried out to obtain brick blank for later use. The obtained brick blank is placed in a kiln for high-temperature sintering treatment, high-pressure saturated steam oxidation is carried out, and demolding is performed. The mixed bead mill is used for processing, kinetic energy generated by bead mill is utilized to weaken the interface effect among the raw materials, and due to the effect of the previous processing, interface effect among the raw materials is effectively weakened, so that homogeneous and refined powder is obtained. The finally obtained archaic blue tile raw materials has high degree of fusion, high degree of compaction during rolling, and compressive strength is significantly improved.
