NOVELTY - Preparing simple graphene sheet one-dimensional nano-composite material comprises inserting graphene sheet into graphite crucible, heating in furnace, adding organic solvent, mechanically stirring, fully soaking expanded graphite in organic solvent, ultrasonically dispersing, peeling off expansion graphite, then separating from organic solution by centrifugation; drying graphene sheet to obtain dry mixed double-dried graphene sheet, adding to rubber, reducing temperature to room temperature, and adding auxiliary agent; and vulcanizing and curing. USE - The prepared graphene sheet nano-composite material is directly used for rubber compounding design and product production or filler added to mixing glue, preparing multiple filler filling rubber nano-composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material mechanical property is stable, and conductive and heat conducting performance is greatly improved. The method has large yield, and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing simple graphene sheet one-dimensional nano-composite material comprises: (A) inserting graphene sheet into graphite crucible, transferring crucible, heating in furnace at 700-1500 degrees C for 30 seconds to obtain expanded graphite, adding less than 1 g/100 ml organic solvent, mechanically stirring for 10 minutes until fully soaking expanded graphite in organic solvent, ultrasonically dispersing for more than 1 hour, peeling off expansion graphite to obtain graphene sheet, then separating from organic solution by centrifugation; (B) drying graphene sheet to obtain dry mixed double-dried graphene sheet, adding to rubber, reducing temperature to room temperature, and then adding auxiliary agent into mixture; and (C) vulcanizing resulting rubber molding, curing to obtain graphene sheet nano-composite material.
