▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves adding expandable graphite during heat treatment. Silica particles are added with the expandable graphite after heat treatment. The expandable graphite and the silicon particles are mixed to obtain silicon oxide/graphene. The heat treatment is carried out at temperature of about 100-1200 degrees centigrade. USE - Lithium ion battery cathode material silicon oxide/graphene composition preparing method. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures stable performance and better recycling effect. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a graphical view illustrating a relationship between cycle number and capacity of a lithium ion battery cathode material silicon oxide/graphene composition.
