▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-titanium dioxide microspheres involves performing pretreatment of graphite by placing graphite in a mixed solution composed of concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate at 20-60?C, after ultrasonic agitation treatment for 0.5-5 hours. The obtained product is washed, filtered, dried and placed in a muffle furnace, and treated in a nitrogen atmosphere at 600-1200 degrees C for 0.1-6 hours to obtain expanded graphite product for use. The preparation of graphene-titanium dioxide microspheres includes dissolving obtained expanded graphite in deionized water, 0.1-5 wt.% surfactant, ultrasonically stirred for 0.1-2 hours, and then an appropriate amount of titanium source is gradually added to the solution. The mass ratio of the titanium source to expanded graphite precursor is 0.1-20:1, after ultrasonic stirring for 0.5-4 hours, added ammonia water. The molar ratio of ammonia water and titanium source is 1-10:1, continued ultrasonic stirring for 0.5-4 hours. USE - Method for preparing graphene-titanium dioxide microspheres. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-titanium dioxide microspheres which is helps to improves the tap density of the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The obtained mixed solution is spray-dried, and the obtained product is placed under the special atmosphere protection in the furnace, it is treated at 600-1200 degrees C for 0.1-6 hours. The product is washed multiple times with dilute acid or dilute alkali and deionized aqueous solution, and then dried in vacuum drying oven for 0.5-8 hours to obtain graphene-titanium dioxide microspheres.
