▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene composite polyvinyl alcohol masterbatch contains 6 wt.% or less, preferably 3 wt.% or less, more preferably 0.05-1.5 wt.% graphene and polyvinyl alcohol. The graphene has D90 index of 100 mu m or less and D10 index of 20 mu m or less. The D90 index of graphene is 20 times, preferably 10 times or less, more preferably 5 times or less of D10 index. The graphene includes graphite, biomass graphene, graphene oxide and/or graphene derivative. The graphene derivative comprises element-doped graphene. USE - Graphene composite polyvinyl alcohol masterbatch is used for absorbent resin, absorbent sponge, plastic application and fibrous material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite polyvinyl alcohol masterbatch has uniform dispersion of graphene particles and uniform particle size. The graphene composite polyvinyl alcohol masterbatch does not contain agglomerated particles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of graphene composite polyvinyl alcohol masterbatch, which involves subjecting graphene aqueous solution to pretreatment to obtain aqueous solution of graphene material with graded particle size, mixing aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution with aqueous solution of graphene material to obtain mixed solution and drying mixed solution; and (2) fibrous material, which has tensile strength of 2 GPa or more, Young's modulus of 45 GPa or more, breakage elongation of 3-13%. The fibrous material is formed by dissolving graphene composite polyvinyl alcohol masterbatch in water or mixing graphene composite polyvinyl alcohol masterbatch with blank polyvinyl alcohol masterbatch in water, to obtain spinning dope, filtering, defoaming, spinning and drying mixture. In the spinning dope, boric acid with concentration of 2-5 wt.% is added.
