NOVELTY - Invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and nanotechnology, specifically to conductive thin-film films from reduced graphene oxide and to a method for production thereof. Method of producing film involves directed thermal treatment of surface of aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide with air stream heated to 120300C, as a result of which a thin, electroconductive, hydrophobic film based on the reduced graphene oxide is formed on the surface of the dispersion of graphene oxide, which can be transferred to any substrate and used as an electroconductive coating.
