▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves providing a flexible substrate with a flexible printed circuit board (PCB). The flexible PCB is connected with two sides of a copper wire. LED chips are mounted on a front side of the flexible substrate. The LED chips are formed with a rear coating surface. The flexible PCB is coated with a graphite heat dissipation film. A graphite filament is fixed on a bulb and formed with a curved or arc-shaped structure. The two sides of the copper wire are made of base material. Heat dissipation filler is made of carbon, metal particles and far infrared radiation powder material. USE - LED bulb graphene filament manufacturing method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The carbon material is selected from graphite, carbon black, graphite, carbon nanometer tube or active carbon material.
