NOVELTY - Preparing carbon fiber sizing agent involves mixing solid epoxy resin and liquid epoxy resin at 60-100 degrees C to obtain mixed epoxy resin, adding an anionic surfactant and stirring to emulsify. The non-ionic surfactant is added and stirred, and then dropwise adding distilled water, stirring to the system phase reversal and obtaining slurry. The modified graphene solution is prepared. The sizing emulsion and the modified graphene solution are mixed and dispersed to obtain graphene-modified carbon fiber sizing agent. USE - Method for preparing carbon fiber sizing agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare carbon fiber sizing agent, which has mall particle having size uniformity with the carbon fiber surface bonding and preparation method simultaneously solves the problem of non uniform graphene dispersion and poor stability.
