NOVELTY - An electrode surface modification material is prepared by dissolving palladium acetate and silver acetate in methanol at room temperature, uniformly stirring, placing in water bath, reacting to obtain uniformly dispersed palladium silver nano-alloy colloid solution, adding mercapto- beta -cyclodextrin to graphene oxide dispersion under stirring state, uniformly mixing, adjusting pH using ammonia water, adding palladium silver nano-alloy colloid solution, fully stirring, adding hydrazine hydrate, putting in water bath to obtain uniform black suspension, centrifugally washing, and re-dispersing in water. USE - The method is used for preparing electrode surface modification material for electrochemical detecting strychnine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and fast. The material has low cost, good stability, rapid response, high sensitivity, wide linear range and good reproduction quality, and realizes simple and fast detection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An electrode surface modification material is prepared by dissolving palladium acetate and silver acetate in methanol at room temperature, uniformly stirring, placing in water bath at 40-50 degrees C, reacting for 12-18 minutes to obtain uniformly dispersed palladium silver nano-alloy colloid solution, adding mercapto- beta -cyclodextrin to graphene oxide dispersion under stirring state, uniformly mixing, adjusting pH using ammonia water to 9.5-10.5, adding palladium silver nano-alloy colloid solution, fully stirring, adding hydrazine hydrate, putting in water bath at 60 degrees C for 3.5 hours to obtain uniform black suspension, centrifugally washing, and re-dispersing in water. The mass ratio of palladium acetate, silver acetate to methanol is 1:0.9-1.1:3500-4500. The mass ratio of graphene oxide, mercapto- beta -cyclodextrin and water is 1:9-10:3000-3500. The volume ratio of palladium silver nano-alloy colloid solution and mercapto- beta -cyclodextrin graphene oxide mixed solution and hydrazine hydrate is 1:4.5-5.5:0.025-0.035. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for strychnine electrochemical detection electrode comprising electrode surface modified with electrode surface modification material.
