NOVELTY - Radiation-proof polyetheretherketone mobile phone film comprises polyetheretherketone powder, oxidized graphene-silver-gold nanocomposite, glass fiber, coupling agent, film forming agent, initiator and deionized water, where coupling agent is silane coupling agent including KH550, KH560, KH570, KH792, DL602 or DL171; film forming agent is acrylic resin film former, butadiene resin film former, polyurethane film former or nitrocellulose film former; and initiator is benzoyl peroxide, lauroyl peroxide, cumene hydroperoxide, tert-butyl hydroperoxide, di-tert-butyl peroxide, dicumyl peroxide, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, cyclohexanone peroxide, potassium persulfate, sodium persulfate, ammonium persulfate, azobisisobutyronitrile, azobisvaleronitrile, cumene hydroperoxide/ferrous chloride, potassium persulfate/ferrous chloride, hydrogen peroxide/ferrous chloride and/or cumene hydroperoxide/tetraethyleneimine. USE - Used as radiation-proof polyetheretherketone mobile phone film. ADVANTAGE - The mobile phone film: has the characteristics of light, thin and soft at normal temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Radiation-proof polyetheretherketone mobile phone film comprises 50-80 pts. wt. polyetheretherketone powder, 20-40 pts. wt. oxidized graphene-silver-gold nanocomposite, 20-30 pts. wt. glass fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-10 pts. wt. film forming agent, 1-5 pts. wt. initiator and 50-80 pts. wt. deionized water, where coupling agent is silane coupling agent including KH550, KH560, KH570, KH792, DL602 or DL171; film forming agent is acrylic resin film former, butadiene resin film former, polyurethane film former or nitrocellulose film former; and initiator is benzoyl peroxide, lauroyl peroxide, cumene hydroperoxide, tert-butyl hydroperoxide, di-tert-butyl peroxide, dicumyl peroxide, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, cyclohexanone peroxide, potassium persulfate, sodium persulfate, ammonium persulfate, azobisisobutyronitrile, azobisvaleronitrile, cumene hydroperoxide/ferrous chloride, potassium persulfate/ferrous chloride, hydrogen peroxide/ferrous chloride and/or cumene hydroperoxide/tetraethyleneimine. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing radiation-proof polyetheretherketone mobile phone film comprising (i) dissolving polyetheretherketone powder in acetonitrile, adding polyethyleneglycol-400, and stirring the mixture to obtain membrane liquid, then casting on a clean glass plate, drying at 60 degrees C for 2-5 hours, cooling to room temperature, and dipping into water to remove, (ii) adding graphene oxide-silver gold nanocomposite and glass fiber into deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing, and then adding coupling agent and film forming agent to obtain membrane liquid, and (iii) placing polyetheretherketone film obtained in step (i) in the membrane liquid obtained in step (ii), passing nitrogen, rising to the required temperature, adding initiator, and reacting for 2-4 hours to obtain polyetheretherketone/oxidized graphene-silver gold nanocomposite/glass fiber membrane, then taking out for drying, and cutting the film to obtain mobile phone film.
