▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional porous nitrogen-doped carbon material comprises mixing graphene oxide and aryl diamine aqueous solution for one time hydrothermal reaction, adding ferric chloride solution in the primary hydrothermal reaction mixture for secondary hydrothermal reaction, freezing and drying and calcining to obtain the product. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional porous nitrogen-doped carbon material used as electrode material of supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene oxide-based hydrogel, which has high density, high quality, volume ratio capacitance of 673 F/g and volume ratio capacitance of 760F/cm-3.
