NOVELTY - Preparing hydrophilic graphene-P34HB nanofiber scaffold involves mixing modified graphene and modified P34HB nanofiber to obtain oxidized graphene-P34HB modified electrospinning solution. The electrostatic spinning process of oxidized graphene-P34HB modified electrospinning solution is carried out to obtain the final product i.e. hydrophilic graphene-P34HB nanofiber scaffold. USE - Method for preparing hydrophilic graphene-P34HB nanofiber scaffold for use in bone tissue engineering and for repairing the bone defect (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare hydrophilic graphene-P34HB nanofiber scaffold with high porosity, high specific surface area, good pore connectivity, improved mechanical property and good hydrophilicity.
